It is the desire of Wheelersburg Baptist Church and the pastor to officiate and/or assist at your wedding, and to help you establish a happy, lifetime marriage. The following provisions have been found important ingredients to assist in this goal, and are minimum guidelines by which you agree to proceed with your wedding plans.

1. I have received Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Savior.

2. My parents have given their consent to our marriage.

3. We agree that there will not be alcoholic drinks at the rehearsal dinner or wedding

reception. We will not use offensive or objectionable music.

4. We are not expecting a baby. If we are expecting prior to our wedding it will be our

responsibility to notify the minister. We understand that under these conditions he may

not be able to perform the ceremony.

5. We agree to be involved in at least four counseling sessions prior to our marriage.
